Ingredients
- 600 g jacket potato (s), boiled
- 600 g fish fillet (s) (saithe, cod or similar)
- 300 g spinach leaves
- 1 packet tomato puree or pizza tomatoes (500 g)
- 2 zucchini
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- some lemon juice
- 50 ml white wine, drier
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Herbs, Italian
- some breadcrumbs
- 100 g cheese, rated

- Salt, pepper and sour the fish fillets. Peel and slice jacket potatoes. Place the potato slices in a greased baking dish. Season with a little salt, pepper and nutmeg. Sauté the onion cubes in a pan, add the chopped garlic. Mix with the coarsely chopped leaf spinach and pour onto the potatoes. Put the fish on top.
- Heat the tomato puree with salt, pepper and Italian herbs and simmer gently. Add some garlic and a dash of white wine. Cut the zucchini in half slices and mix with the tomato sauce. Give everything about the fish.
- Sprinkle with a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
