Ingredients

  • 150 g bread (black)
  • 5 tablespoon rum
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 500 g sour cherries, pitted
  • 500 g whipped cream
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 4 packs vanilla sugar
  • Chocolate, grated, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Grind the black bread, mix with the rum and sugar. Beat the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff. Drain the sour cherries.
  2. Cover the bottom of the dessert bowls with whipped cream. Put a layer of cherries on top and then a layer of bread mixture. Then repeat the process. A layer of whipped cream should finish off.
  3. Put the bowls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle the grated chocolate over the top before serving.
