  • 600 g potato (s), small, with peel
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 can olives, black, pitted
  • 10 tablespoon olive oil
  • pepper, black
  • Sea salt, coarse
  • Herbs Provence

Instructions

  1. Spread the chopped garlic in a suitable oven dish. Put the well washed and dried potatoes on top. Drain the olives and spread them over the potatoes, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Drizzle with the olive oil and finally sprinkle the herbs of Provence on top.
  3. Put the whole thing in the hot oven at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
  4. Goes really well with grilled meat.
