Ingredients
- 200 g tuna as a steak
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 ml oil (olive oil)
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ chilli
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt
- Pepper from the mill, white

- Mix all ingredients (except tuna) and pour over the tuna steak, marinate in the fridge overnight. Heat a little of the marinade in a pan and fry the steak over a high flame for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Serve with salad and baguette.
