Ingredients

  • 800 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons oregano, dried
  • 2 teaspoons basil, dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon Β½ cumin, ground
  • 1 pinch clove (s), ground
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 100 g tomato (s), dried
  • 150 g olives, black, without stone
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat with the eggs, breadcrumbs and the spices in a bowl. Drain the mozzarella, sundried tomatoes and cut into cubes. Halve the olives and mix with the whipped cream into the minced meat. Knead everything well with your hands.
  2. Grease an ovenproof loaf pan with olive oil. Add the minced meat and cook in the hot oven at 200 Β° C on the second rack from the bottom for about 40 minutes.
  3. Take out, let rest for 5 minutes and cut into slices.
