Ingredients
- 175 g butter
- 6 egg yolks
- 300 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon (s), grated zest
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 kg quark
- 100 g semolina
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 6 egg whites
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 50 grams sugar
- 30 g powdered suar
- some butter, liquid

- Beat the butter until foamy, add the egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice and stir.
- Mix in quark, semolina and flour with baking powder, beat egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff, beat with 50 g sugar and fold in.
- Grease the 28 cm diameter springform pan, pour in the batter. Bake at 180 ° C for 55 - 65 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter while it is still hot and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
