Ingredients
- 300 g Galia melon, well chilled
- 250 g strawberries
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 200 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- ice cubes

- Roughly cut the prepared fruit into small pieces. Put in the blender with the rest of the ingredients and mix well until it becomes nice and creamy. Spread over ice cubes in two glasses.
- Decorate with strawberries if desired and enjoy straight away.
