Ingredients
- 2 ½ kg watermelon (s), red
- 125 g rocket
- 400 g feta cheese
- 100 g pine nuts
- 4 tablespoon walnut oil, sesame, linseed or rapeseed oil
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker
- salt and pepper

- Wash the rocket. Chop the melon, rocket and feta cheese into small pieces. Mix these ingredients with the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate, preferably overnight.
