  • 1 kg tomato (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 bunch basil

Instructions

  1. Sauté peeled tomatoes cut into wedges with diced garlic cloves in olive oil for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Chop the basil, sprinkle over it.
  2. Goes well with gnocchi or ribbon noodles.
