Ingredients
- 1 point pudding powder (almond-semolina or vanilla-almond pudding + tablespoon soft wheat semolina
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon rum (straw around 80%)
- 1 cup cream, approx. 200 g
- 50 g dark chocolate, rated

- Make pudding according to instructions. If you can`t get this almond semolina custard anywhere, just add 1 tablespoon soft wheat semolina. Let the pudding cool and stir every now and then so that no skin forms on it!
- Now stir the rum into the cold pudding
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cold pudding. Finally stir in the grated chocolate.
- Tip: If you like, you can also serve thickened cherries with it.
