- 6 hard-boiled egg (s)
- 10 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 onion (s), red
- 2 handfuls bacon, diced
- 3 tablespoon parsley
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet

- Cut the eggs into cubes. Finely dice the onion. Fry half of the onion with the bacon cubes and leave to cool.
- Mix the mayonnaise and spices and the parsley and the remaining onion cubes. Use little salt as the bacon gives off a lot. Then add the eggs and the bacon and onion mix and you`re done.
