g chocolate, bitter

egg yolk

tablespoon rum

g brittle

Instructions
Whip the whipped cream very stiff. Crumble the meringue and fold in. Grate the dark chocolate and stir in with the egg yolk, rum and brittle. Place in a rectangular container so that you can cut into slices to serve.
Place in the freezer for several hours.
