Ingredients

  • 4 zucchini
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 packet feta cheese, diced
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • possibly chili powder as required

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini, cut in half and scrape out the seeds with a small spoon. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Clean and dice the bell pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Salt, pepper and possibly season with chili powder (I just put the chili powder on the table, then everyone can decide for themselves how spicy it should be). Mix with the diced paprika and diced feta cheese and pour into the zucchini. Place them side by side in a baking dish.
  3. Baked in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  4. This goes well with rice and a tomato sauce or just ketchup.
