Microwave Chocolate Truffles

The recipe for homemade sweets in the microwave. Prepare chocolate nut truffles for the holiday.

Ingredients

  • Black chocolate – 225 g
  • Walnuts or pecans – 60 g
  • Butter – 0.25 cups
  • Thick whipped cream – 0.25 cups
  • Almond extract – 0.25 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Chop and fry the nuts.
  2. Place small corrugated paper molds (24 pcs.) On a dish. Pour 0.5 teaspoons of nuts into each. Set aside.
  3. Put the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl (with a capacity of 2.5 l). Cook in the microwave at a power of 400-450 W for 1.5-2 minutes – until completely melted.
  4. Add cream and almond extract. Beat with a mixer until thickened, making sure that the chocolate-creamy mass does not remain on the sides of the bowl.
  5. Immediately put the chocolate mass into prepared molds with nuts.
  6. Garnish with the remaining nuts on top.
  7. Chill chocolate truffles before serving.
