Ingredients

  • 5 rods rhubarb
  • 200 g suar
  • 125 ml milk
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla

Instructions

  1. Clean the rhubarb and cut into small pieces. Slowly simmer the rhubarb with sugar, water and milk over a low heat until the desired consistency is achieved. Remove the rhubarb from the stove and slowly stir in the pudding powder mixed with a little cold water. Then bring to the boil again for approx. 1 min.
  2. The milk removes the dull, furry feeling on the teeth.
  3. A fresh mare with butter tastes good with it.
