Ingredients

  • 1 gr. can condensed milk, sweetened, 400 g
  • 1 tablespoon hazelnuts, roughly chopped or brittle

Instructions

  1. Put the milk can unopened in a saucepan with boiling water. There has to be enough water in it that the can is completely covered.
  2. Put the lid on and cook over medium heat for 2 hours.
  3. Then remove the can and let it cool down until it is lukewarm.
  4. Rinse an empty jam jar and lid with hot water, and turn upside down on a kitchen towel or crepe paper to dry.
  5. Open the milk can and mix the contents with the nuts in a bowl.
  6. Pour the mixture into the jam jar (the jar must be filled to the brim).
  7. Screw the jar on tightly and turn it upside down until the jam has completely cooled.
