Milk Omelet (in a Can)

Delicious and light omelet with milk, which is prepared in an unusual way – in a can. The texture of the omelet is extremely delicate and somehow airy, similar to a soufflé. Such an original milk omelet will undoubtedly be appreciated by fans of proper nutrition.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 70 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for lubrication) – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare foods on the list.
    To prepare such a dietary omelet in milk, you need a glass jar with a volume of 0.7 liters. Wash and dry the jar thoroughly.
  2. Combine eggs and salt in a bowl.
  3. Pour in milk.
  4. Mix thoroughly until smooth
  5. Lubricate the inside of the jar with vegetable oil. Pour the egg mass into it.
  6. Place a clean cloth on the bottom of the pot and place a jar of omelette. Pour warm water about 3 centimeters above the level of the egg mass. Cover the top of the jar with a lid without twisting.
  7. Place the pot and jar over medium heat and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to low and cook for about 15-20 minutes, until the egg mass has set completely.
  8. Then gently remove the hot can from the pan, place the omelet on a plate and serve.
