Instructions

  1. Finely grate a bar of chocolate, mix the chocolate pudding with 1/8 liter of milk, do not boil.
  2. Mix eggs, butter and sugar until foamy, alternately stir in flour (sifted and mixed with baking powder), grated chocolate and custard milk into the egg mixture. When everything is well mixed, fold in the hazelnuts and pour into a loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 70 minutes (convection oven 60 minutes). Turn the cake out onto a wire rack and let it cool down.
  4. Melt the rest of the chocolate over a bain-marie and spread it over the cake (I love the children to spread 1 1/2 bars of Milka).

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
