Ingredients
- 15 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g mano (s) or apricots, ripe
- 100 ml buttermilk
- 150 ml milk
- 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla sugar)
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch cardamom powder
- possibly ice cubes

- Roast the desiccated coconut in a coated pan, let cool down briefly and add to the milk. Prepare the fruit and puree all the ingredients in the blender.
- This shake is particularly refreshing if 2 - 3 ice cubes are mixed in with it.
