Ingredients

  • 150 g onion (s)
  • 500 g apples
  • 0.5 ½ bunch marjoram
  • 2 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 200 g mushroom cheese
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings.
  2. Wash the apples and use a core cutter to cut out the core. Cut the apples into rings.
  3. Wash marjoram, shake dry and finely chop. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the onion rings until golden. Add the minced meat and fry it until crumbly; Let the paint take off. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Now fold in the apple rings and marjoram and let everything stew for 10 minutes.
  5. Wash the tomatoes, cut in half and stir in after 5 minutes.
  6. Finally, cut the mushroom cheese into small cubes, sprinkle over the minced meat and apple mixture and let it melt with the lid closed. Season again briefly and serve.
  7. Potatoes taste best with this.
  8. These can be cooked beforehand, cut into slices (as for fried potatoes) and either fold in or serve separately at the table.
