Ingredients

  • 4 potato (s)
  • 4 medium carrot (s)
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 400 g tomato (s), passed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot as rose
  • Herbs, Italian

Instructions

  1. Clean the potatoes, carrots, onions and clove of garlic and cut into cubes.
  2. First fry the minced meat briefly in a hot saucepan with oil and then add the onion cubes. Let fry for 5 minutes and then add the remaining vegetables and fry briefly. Then add the tomatoes and vegetable stock and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Then season to taste with salt and pepper. If desired, season with rose paprika and Italian herbs.
  3. The cooking time varies, depending on the size of the cubes and the desired firmness. It tastes really good even after being warmed up.
