  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 packs spinach (seasoned spinach, frozen)
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 400 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 ½ liter vegetable stock
  • 1 medium onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and fry it with the minced meat until it is crumbly. Deglaze the whole thing with the broth and bring to the boil. Now stir in the processed cheese and let it melt.
  2. Add the frozen spinach. When it is thawed, let it simmer over a low heat for about 20 minutes, always stirring well. It goes well with baguette or ciabatta.
