Minced Chicken Cutlets in the Oven

Cutlets in the oven are very easy to cook and they turn out to be tender and tasty. And most importantly, they are prepared without frying in oil and therefore turn out to be doubly useful and not at all fatty.

Servings: 5-6

Ingredients

  • Chicken mince – 700-800 Gram
  • Onions – 2-3 pieces
  • White bread – 100 grams
  • Milk – 100 Milliliters
  • Sour cream – 3-4 Art. spoons
  • Tomato paste – 1.5-2 Art. spoons
  • Salt – 3 Pinches (1 pinch for the sauce, the rest for the minced meat)
  • Ground black pepper – 2 Pinches
  • Ground paprika – 2 Pinches
  • Hops Suneli – 2 Pinches

Directions

  1. Scroll through a meat grinder or grind with a blender bread soaked in milk – squeeze the milk – and peeled onions. Mix the minced chicken with onions, bread, add salt and pepper, and knead well. Then we beat off the minced meat – we throw it with force into the bowl.
  2. Lubricate the baking sheet with a little vegetable oil. We moisten our hands in water and form beautiful and neat cutlets. put on a baking sheet.
  3. We put a baking sheet with cutlets in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  4. Now let’s prepare the sauce for the cutlets. Mix sour cream and tomato paste, add suneli hops, paprika. If the sauce is thick, add a little water.
  5. Fill the cutlets with the prepared sauce and put them in the oven for another 20-25 minutes.
  6. Ready cutlets are obtained with an appetizing golden-brown crust.
