Ingredients

  • 1 roll (s) puff pastry
  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 3 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
  • 50 ml milk
  • 100 g ratin cheese
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Spice mix (Italian spice mix)
  • Pepper (herb pepper or normal pepper and salt)
  • Meat broth, grains
  • egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet, brush with the tomato paste and sprinkle with the Italian spice mixture.
  3. Season the minced meat with mustard, salt, herb pepper and meat stock. Add the milk and cheese and mix everything together. Spread the finished minced meat on the prepared puff pastry. Then roll up the puff pastry from the long side.
  4. Cut the surface of the roll about every 5 cm and brush with water or egg yolk.
  5. Bake the chopping roll in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C.
