Finely chop the onion and sauté in olive oil. Add the minced meat and fry it. Also cut the bell pepper, zucchini and mushrooms into cubes and add. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano.
Pour in the water and stir in the tomato paste. Simmer for 5 minutes then add the rice noodles. Simmer for another 15 minutes, stirring repeatedly.
Make sure that the water does not boil off completely, otherwise the minced meat pan will burn. Finally add the cream. Season again to taste.
