Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 2 onion (s), diced
  • 1 can mushrooms, possibly
  • 400 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 glass ajvar
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 0.5 liter ½ broth, clear
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat with the diced onions. Add the sour cream and the processed cheese.
  2. Cut the peppers into small pieces and add. Mix in the ajvar and chili sauce. Add the mushrooms to taste and fill up with the clear broth. Season with salt and pepper.
