Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 175 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Butter for greasing the molds

For the cream:

  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 4 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 cl hazelnut liqueur

For covering:

  • 3 apples

Instructions

  1. 1. Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead into a dough with your hands, set aside and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. In the meantime, put all the ingredients in the cream in a bowl and mix with a whisk to form a homogeneous mixture.
  3. 3. Roll out the dough, place in the molds and poke small holes in the bottom.
  4. 4. Then put the cream in the molds.
  5. 5. Cut the apples into thin slices in the desired shape and place them on the molds.
  6. 6. Now bake the finished cakes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees top-bottom heat for 35 minutes.
