Mint and Coriander Chutney

This famous Indian sauce is prepared in a wide variety of variations. I just want to show you one very spicy, incredibly aromatic and incredibly tasty. Memorize and repeat in your kitchen.

Ingredients

  • Mint – 2 Glasses
  • Coriander – 2 Cups (fresh leaves)
  • Water – 125 Milliliters
  • Lemon Juice – 30 Milliliters
  • Garlic – 2-3 Cloves
  • Chili Pepper – To taste
  • Salt and cumin – To taste

Directions

  1. These are the ingredients we will use.
  2. Wash and pat dry the mint and coriander leaves.
  3. Grind the chili a little.
  4. Send the herbs, peppers, garlic, water, salt, cumin and lemon juice to the blender bowl and blend until smooth.
  5. Here’s a chutney made from mint and coriander. Help yourself!
