Instructions

  1. Put the mirabelle plums in a colander and pour boiling water over them. Here the peel of some mirabelle plums comes off and you remove it. You can leave it on where the shell stays on. Cut open and remove the seeds. Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the core and dice. Chop the chilli and onion into small pieces.
  2. Put all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes. Be sure to stir in between.
  3. Bottling, done! The amount is about 1.6 liters - it was enough for 10 small glasses.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
