Miracle Cake with Coconut Filling

Another great yeast dough pie recipe! The dough is super! The formation is interesting, such a beautiful cake turns out that I really want to try it! Ingredients

  • Flour – 500 g
  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 80 g
  • Sugar – 70 g
  • Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch

For filling:

  • Coconut flakes – 100 g
  • Sugar – 70 g
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Egg white – 1 pc.

Besides:

  • Yolk (for greasing the cake) – 1 pc.
  • Milk (for greasing the cake) – 1 tbsp
  • Butter – for greasing the mold

Directions

  1. Let’s start by making the dough. It is desirable that all foods are at room temperature. Warm the milk slightly until warm.
  2. We make dough – this way we check and activate the yeast.
    Add 1 tablespoon to warm milk. a spoonful of flour, 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of sugar and all the yeast. We mix. Let it stand for a few minutes.
  3. Then we combine flour, dough, egg, salt, vanilla and regular sugar in a bowl.
  4. We knead the dough.
  5. We melt the butter in a convenient way, for example, in the microwave. And at the stage when the dough has gathered into a lump, add the melted butter and knead.
  6. Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise (double in size) for at least 1 hour.
  7. The dough is well spaced, knead and divide into four parts: one small for the center of the future cake and three 280 g each.
  8. We remove one large part of the dough and the dough for the center of the pie under the film. We divide the rest of the dough into 14 equal parts and also remove it under the film.
  9. The dough will settle down, it will come up again, and we will prepare the filling.
    We prepare all the necessary ingredients.
    We take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that it has time to become soft.
    Divide the egg into white and yolk.
  10. Using a fork, grind soft butter with sugar and egg white.
  11. Then combine the oil mixture with the coconut and mix well. The filling is ready.
  12. We grease the mold (I have a diameter of 27 cm) with butter.
  13. Roll out 14 koloboks into small cakes and spread 1/2 tablespoon each on the center. spoons of filling.
  14. We fold each blank in half so that the filling is inside. Once again, fold the workpiece in half. A simple pinch – and we get interesting curls.
  15. We place curls around the edge of the prepared form.
  16. Roll the remaining large piece of dough into a rectangle and distribute the filling, leaving a little for the center of the pie. Roll the filled dough into a tight roll.
  17. Place the roll in the center of the form with a ring.
  18. Now we roll out the last piece of dough, put 2 tablespoon on it. tablespoons of the filling and roll the bun with the filling inside. We send the bun to the shape, placing it in the center.
  19. We cut the roll with kitchen scissors, slightly push the edges of the cuts.
  20. Let the cake stand and stand for 20 minutes, while the oven heats up to 200 degrees.
  21. Before baking, grease the pie with yolk mixed with milk.
  22. We bake a yeast pie with coconut filling in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
