Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into approx. 1 cm cubes, remove the fat as required. Then put the pressure cooker on the stove (highest setting) with a good dash of oil. Fry the meat vigorously on all sides. Roughly dice the onions, peppers and garlic and add to the meat. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder (hot as rose) and add tomato paste. Stir again and add water until everything is covered. Then seal the pot and cook on level II for about 20-30 minutes.
  2. After the cooking time, open the pot according to the instructions. Mix 1-2 tablespoon flour and paprika powder in a small cup until the flour turns red. Then add some of the sauce and stir until no more lumps can be seen. Then put it back in the pot and stir. Let simmer for a few minutes. If the sauce isn`t thick enough, repeat the process. Season again with salt, pepper, paprika powder and a little milk or cream and you`re done.
  3. Tip:
  4. If you let the goulash steep a little longer, it will taste even better.
  5. Potatoes, pasta and rice are suitable as a side dish.
