- g 1,000 mushrooms, mixed (chanterelles, butter mushrooms, chestnuts)
- 150 g smoked bellies (smoked Wammerl)
- 100 g onion (s)
- 100 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- Parsley, green
- some butter

- Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
- Fry some butter, the onions and the finely chopped Wammerl in the pan until translucent. Fry the mushrooms for five minutes, then deglaze with cream. Salt, pepper and simmer for ten minutes, add parsley.
