Ingredients
- 125 g butter, soft
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 medium egg (s)
- 80 g honey, if you want, you can take a little more
- 150 grams flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 60 g bakin cocoa
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 250 ml milk
For the glaze:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml sweet cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 25 g butter

- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C and line a springform pan with baking paper. Grease the edge.
- Mix butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy and slowly stir in one egg at a time. Also stir in the honey slowly.
- If you want to put the chocolate in the cake, melt the chocolate slowly over a water bath.
- Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder over the mixture, fold in together with the chocolate (chopped or melted) and the milk. Put the dough in the springform pan, smooth it out and bake for about 45 minutes. Then let it cool down in the mold for 15 minutes and then take it out and let it cool down completely.
- For the glaze, carefully heat the chocolate, butter, cream and powdered sugar in a saucepan. Stir until smooth and spread over the cake.
