Mojito with Rum

Cool, refresh and invigorate such a mojito with rum.
Servings: 6
Ingredients
- Mint sprigs – 14 pcs.
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Fresh lemon juice – 1/4 cup
- Grated lemon zest – 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Ice cubes – 4 glasses
- Golden rum – 1 glass
- Chilled soda – 3 glasses
Directions
- Remove the leaves from 8 sprigs of mint. Put mint leaves, sugar, lemon juice and zest in a blender. Pulp to a very fine mint state.
- Fill a pitcher with ice and mint mixture. Pour rum, stir. Pour soda water into a jug, stir.
- Serve the rum mojito in glass glasses, garnished with mint sprigs.
