Ingredients

  • 3 chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 30 ml white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, hot pink
  • 1 pinch (s) saffron

Instructions

  1. Core the chilli peppers and cut into rings. Peel the garlic and roughly cut the cloves. Dice the pepper.
  2. Put the chillies, paprika, garlic cloves, salt, cumin, paprika powder, saffron and the white wine vinegar in a bowl and puree with the hand blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then pour in the olive oil while constantly pureing.
  3. The Mojo Picon is ready.
