Ingredients

  • 2 bulbs garlic
  • 4 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, hot
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 slices toast, diced
  • 100 ml white wine vinegar
  • 200 ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pour 50 ml of vinegar over the diced toast and soak briefly. Peel and roughly cut the garlic. Core and dice paprika and 2 - 4 chilli peppers (to taste).
  2. Put the garlic, salt, cumin, paprika powder, paprika, chilli and the toast with the vinegar in a blender or work with the blender until all the ingredients are crushed.
  3. Let the oil flow in while constantly mixing. Season to taste with vinegar. Can be kept for a long time in a jar with a screw cap in the refrigerator, even after opening.
