Monkey Bread with Garlic and Cheese

I advise you to pamper your family with such bread, it is simply impossible to stop, how delicious, tender and cheesy with a light garlic aroma! If you also love baking, as I do, then come in, I’ll show you everything!

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 500 grams
  • Milk – 300 Milliliters
  • Fresh yeast – 15 Grams
  • Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Butter – 50 Grams
  • Cheese – 100 Grams
  • Garlic – 1-2 Cloves

Directions

  1. Prepare the product. Let’s get started!
  2. Put salt, sugar, yeast into warm milk and dissolve all the ingredients.
  3. Add flour, knead soft dough.
  4. Cover the dough with a clean dry napkin, leave warm for 1-1.5 hours. I leave it in the preheated oven off
  5. Chop the garlic finely, melt the butter and combine with the garlic. The oil should not be hot, but well warm to reveal the garlic flavor. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  6. The dough is ready! Place your hands on it.
  7. Divide the dough into pieces, roll each into a ball, the size – no more than a walnut. While I was rolling the balls, the dough came up and grew well right on the table. The number of balls can be made much larger than mine, the bread will be even more interesting.
  8. Take a non-stick form, you do not need to grease it. Dip each ball of dough into the garlic oil so that it covers the dough on all sides. Put it in the mold.
  9. Place the balls at a small distance from each other so that the dough has room to grow.
  10. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on the first row.
  11. Top with the next row of balls, sprinkle with cheese. Leave the dish in the heat for 15-20 minutes to proof.
  12. Bake bread at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  13. Let the bread cool slightly, remove from the mold. Try it!
