- 1 mango (s)
- 1 kiwi (s)
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 lemon (s), (juice)
- 0.5 liter ½ malt beer
- 400 g preservin suar, 3: 1
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil

- Peel and dice the kiwi, mango and banana. Puree together with the coconut oil. Add the malt beer and bring to the boil. When it boils, add the preserving sugar and lemon juice and cook for around 3-5 minutes. Carry out a gel test. Then fill into 4 jam jars and allow to cool.
- The pirate jam tastes great as a sweet spread!
