- Roots (carrots, onions, parsley, potatoes)

- Barley and beans are soaked the day before and then cooked semi-soft with the soaking water.
- Then you add finely chopped roots, onions and parsley, everything is cooked soft, seasoned and improved with soup seasoning and smoked meat.
