Most Simple Muffins

The simplest recipe for muffins is to beat everything with a mixer, bake, and muffins, simple, but very tasty, will be ready.

Servings: 12
Ingredients
- Flour – 1 cup (160 g)
- Sugar – 3/4 cup (150 g)
- Vanilla sugar – 3-5 g
- Soda – 0.5 teaspoon
- Citric acid – 0.5 teaspoon
- Butter – 40 g
- Eggs – 1 pc.
- Milk – 80 ml (0.3 cups)
Directions
- Mix butter and sugar. Grind until smooth.
- Add the egg. Mix.
- Pour in milk. Pour in baking soda and citric acid (they can be replaced with 1 teaspoon of baking powder for dough).
- Turn on the oven to preheat. Warm it up to 180 degrees.
- Add flour to the dough.
- Beat all ingredients in a deep bowl for about 2 minutes with a mixer at maximum speed.
- Take paper or silicone molds. Pour about 2/3 of the dough into the muffin molds.
- Place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes (180 C). Then turn off the oven, leave the muffins in the oven until they cool.
- Simple and delicious muffins are ready. Bon Appetit!
