Ingredients

  • 100 g nouat
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g hazelnuts or almonds, round
  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 ml milk

For the cast:

  • 100 g nouat
  • 3 tablespoon pistachios

Instructions

  1. Cut 100 g nougat into small pieces. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, hazelnuts and the nougat pieces together.
  2. Mix the marzipan mixture with the soft butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and milk one after the other. Finally stir in the flour mixture.
  3. Fill the dough into the muffin molds and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool down briefly.
  4. For the topping, melt the nougat and spread it on the muffins. Sprinkle with roughly chopped pistachio nuts.
