Ingredients
- 400 g cherry tomato (s)
- 4 spring onion (s)
- 200 g mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella or alternatively mozzarella from the refrierated shelf
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 125 ml olive oil, cold-pressed
- Parsley, smooth
- some basil
- salt and pepper

- Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half with a sharp knife. Clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings, put both in a bowl. Make a marinade with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and add to the tomatoes with the mozzarella cut into small pieces. Cover and let stand for at least 4 hours.
- Just before serving, add the finely plucked parsley and the basil leaves.
