Ingredients

  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 500 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 500g flour
  • 100 g butter, melt
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g raisins

Instructions

  1. Prepare a yeast dough from milk, yeast and flour and leave to rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
  2. Add the butter, eggs and sugar to the dough and mix well. Wash the raisins, dust with a little flour and fold into the dough.
  3. Half-fill the greased muffin cases with batter and let rise again in a warm place for 20 minutes. Then bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes.
  4. Turn them out onto a wire rack to cool. Serve coated with butter!
  5. Tip: the recipe can easily be cut in half!
