Muffins with Apples, Nuts and Raisins

These muffins are prepared with the addition of nuts, fresh apples and raisins.
Ingredients
- Apples (peeled and finely chopped) – 90 g
- Pecan or walnut (chopped) – 50 g
- Raisins – 45 g
- Brown sugar – 150 g + 2 tbsp
- Butter (softened) – 60 g
- Milk – 60 g
- Large eggs (slightly beaten) – 2 pcs.
- Flour – 150 g
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
- Ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1/8 teaspoon.
Directions
- Turn on the oven to preheat to 170 degrees. Line 12 muffin molds with paper rosettes.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, 150 g sugar, cinnamon and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the butter with 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of sugar and eggs until smooth, add milk, mix.
- Continuing to beat at low speed, add flour to the butter mixture, mix well. Then put the apples, nuts and raisins, mix well again.
- Put the dough into prepared molds, filling them 3/4 full.
- Place the tins with dough in a preheated oven, bake muffins with apples for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and a clean wooden stick when punctured.
- Remove the muffins with apples from the oven and let cool.
