Ingredients

  • 300 g turkey meat
  • 1 leek
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 125 ml white wine, dry
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese, reduced fat
  • Seasoned Salt
  • pepper
  • basil

Mushroom and Leek Pan with Turkey

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey meat into fine strips. Clean the leek and mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
  2. Sear the meat in a coated pan, season and then remove from the pan. Fry the vegetables, add the turkey meat to the vegetables. Deglaze with the wine and vegetable stock and season with the spices. Finally stir in the cream cheese.
  3. This goes well with rice or pasta.
