Ingredients
- 500 g potato noodles, from the refrierated shelf
- 500 g mushrooms, fresh
- 125 g pork belly, lean
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 250 ml cream
- some butter for the pan
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley

- Clean the mushrooms and cut into 3-4 mm thick slices, dice the onion and pork belly. Fry the diced pork belly and onion in a large pan with melted butter until lightly browned. Then add the mushrooms and sauté a little. Top up with the cream and let it reduce. Now add the potato noodles and toss in them for about 5-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley before serving.
- Go well with game, roast beef or pork or goulash. Or you can eat a fresh lettuce with it.
