  • 1 onion (s)
  • 275 g mushrooms, chanterelles or porcini mushrooms
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 50 g Gouda, Emmental or mozzarella

Mushroom Omelette with Gouda Cheese and Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Clean and cut the onion, mushrooms and tomatoes. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, fry the mushrooms over a high heat for 3 minutes. Add onion and tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes over medium heat. Pour the egg into the pan and sprinkle with the cheese.
  3. Let set over medium heat and serve.
  4. 312 Kcal per serving.
