Ingredients

  • 40 g butter
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 500 g mushrooms, mixed
  • 0.75 liter ¾ broth
  • parsley
  • vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg yolk
  • liter ⅛ sour cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ caraway seeds, (whole)

Instructions

  1. Roast the finely chopped onion in the butter until golden. Add the cleaned, leafy cut mushrooms and roast them with them. Pour in the broth.
  2. Add caraway seeds, parsley and vinegar (to taste). Cook for 10-15 minutes, then season with salt and pepper, stir with the egg yolk and finally refine with sour cream.
