  • 1 onion (s)
  • 250 g tomato (s)
  • 300 g mushrooms, can
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • pepper
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion rings in the heated oil. Slice the tomatoes and layer them on top, lightly salt and add the drained mushrooms. Steam briefly over low heat. Mix eggs, milk and spices, pour over the mushrooms and let set. Sprinkle generously with parsley and serve.
