Ingredients

  • 12 mushrooms (giant mushrooms)
  • 100 g mozzarella, finely diced
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), youn, rated
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • salt
  • Pepper White
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Remove the mushrooms from the stem. Mix the cheeses and herbs, season with salt and pepper to taste very spicy.
  2. Fill the mushroom caps with the cheese mixture and simmer in a large pan in hot oil with the lid closed for about 5 minutes until the filling has melted.
  3. Serve immediately with baguette.
  4. Alternative: grill the mushrooms for about 7-8 minutes.
